Services
Exterior Structure Painting
Cost: Billed at either $30hr or a direct bid for the entire project, depending on amount of repairs needed.
Soft Wash
A sodium hypochlorite/degreaser solution is applied is applied to loosen old flaking paint, break up grime, mold, dirt and other contaminants for prep.
Hard Wash/Scrape
High pressure wash, hand scraping/wire brush to remove all lose paint and contaminates.
Assessment
Review structure for any repairs needed before painting, estimate amount/type of paint needed for project, review options with customer.
Paint prep
Includes minor to moderate exterior repairs where needed as well as new caulking applied to trouble areas

Services
Pressure Washing
Cost: $0.35 to $0.80 Per square foot, depending on various factors such as the type of surface, chemicals needed and the complexity of the job.
Sidewalks and Driveways
A sodium hypochlorite/surfactant solution is applied to help loosen soiling. The surface is then scrubbed before a surface cleaner is used. All driveways include sidewalk in front of driveway and to the front door.
Structures
The structure is coated with a sodium hypochlorite/degreaser foam to kill mildew and mold, breaking up dirt and grime. Structure is then gently washed with lower pressure to avoid damaging paint/weather sealing.
Special Requests
R.V.'s, boats, cars, tractors, machinery. An assessment must be made to ensure it can be cleaned without damage.
